The Doniphan County Sheriff is an elected position based on four (4) year terms. The Doniphan County Sheriff’s Department consist of Sheriff, Under Sheriff, Deputies, Dispatchers, and an Administrative Assistant. Our agency provides Law Enforcement services for the entire Doniphan County region including all cities and municipalities. We provide dispatch services for the Cities of Elwood, Wathena, Troy, and Highland Police Departments as well all ambulance and fire districts located in our County.
