Troy, KS – Every five years, Mo-Kan Regional Council completes a regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). Determining the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) is the backbone of the CEDS planning process.
Want to help plan the future of your county? As a resident or business owner in the region, you are a very important person. We need a cross-section of participants from all economic activities in order to properly identify current and future economic growth needs. No planning experience necessary; we are looking for varied perspectives to help answer the question “Where are we now?” There are no right or wrong answers in the SWOT analysis.
