Highland Trunk or Treat 2021

The Highland Police Department is hosting a Trunk or Treat night on Sunday, Oct. 31 from 4-5 pm on main street in Highland.
- Main street will be blocked off for all participants.
- Decorate your trunks and pass out goodies or have a fun game.
