If you have NO internet access or have questions, please call 785-985-2235 or come in person to the Economic Development Office at 120 E. Chestnut St., Troy, KS 66087 to fill out a paper survey.
When taking the survey/speed test, please take it while at your home address and do not use your cellular data, but connect to your home’s wireless (WIFI) internet server. Best results can be achieved by using your home desktop or laptop computer that is connected to your home internet service provider.
