To register you must be a citizen of the United States and a Kansas resident and have reached the age of 18 years before the next election. You must be registered to vote 15 days before an election in order to be eligible to vote in that election. The County Clerk can be contacted for more details. You may register at the Doniphan County Courthouse in Troy (785-985-3513) or at the Wathena City Hall.
